New Year's Resolution?

What is yours?

My blood pressure is a little high, I need to drop 20 pounds. I'm not a change my eating habits kinda person so I am going to ride my bike at least 30 minutes, at least 4 days a week.

I've already given up everything that is bad for a person so I have nothing more to give. I quit smoking, drinking and that even includes coffee.

I have resolved to give up smoking. Might be a little late, but I did it anyway. Been without since last Saturday. Fear will do that to a person!

I'll try to stay in shape as well, and also try
to take more pictures of watches !

Mine is to get thru this year 2010 which could be a year I hope to forget!

. . . . Two things. I need to quit smoking, again, for the third freakin' time.

AND . . . . MOST importantly, I am going to quit my job and move back east. If Wifey finishes her Masters this spring, she wants to work full time and I'll hang it up. Dream deal . . . . but I gotta go for it.

But when I open the watch boxes, my mind goes blank.

To get my fatass back in the gym. I've tried not get get above 15% bodyfat, but I'm afraid I'm sitting around 18%. Took the first step today and re-upped my membership at a cheaper rate. Gotta get back to around 225ish.
