A guy driving his car slowed down at the stop sign but didn't stop. Unfortunately, a cop saw it and pulled the guy over.

The cop said, "You didn’t stop." The guy responded, "I slowed down, what's the difference?"

At that point the cop yanked the guy out of the car and started to beat the crap out of him.

Then the cop said,
