Uh juicing??? Now in my YOUNGER days juicing involve anabolic steroids .......NOT THAT I EVER USED EM MIND YA! Just sayin......as for ME my juice comes from Tropicana!!!

It's been a while but I used to use the Juiceman juicer.
Was very pleased with it.
It will juice just about anything you feed it - seeds, stems, rind and all.
That's one of the things to look for.

It was waaay cheaper than that tank you're looking at.
Honestly don't think you have to spend that much for a good juicer.

Good for you Jack!

On March 1st I started going to the gym again and went everyday, some light lifting and mostly cardio; MUCH more fun getting out of shape than back into it!

I wasn't exercising at ALL so I am NOT going to modify my diet that much...

Thanks Alan..Yeah I gotta keep it healthy I don't want anymore complications due to me not eating correctly. Been hitting the gym 4 nights a week and going to step it up to 5 nights a week. I also follow the weight watchers program and it really helps. Juicing is the way to go from what I hear from plenty of people so why not give it a shot. Keep up the great work Alan you will feel great once your acclimated...I feel like a new person already and that is what keeps me motivated..

What keeps me motivated is a freakin greasy half pound burger with cheese....bucket-o-fries....and several cold cerveza!!! OH YEAH, now THAT'S A DIET I CAN LIVE WITH!!!! Not sure how all that would taste JUICED though!
