Didn't Want To like It - Renato Quadro

But once it arrived I couldn't take my eyes off it.
Bought for unique architectural case and complex dial.

Complained to high heaven about the carbon fiber every-damn-where.
But actually not that bad - Just looks like high gloss enamel from a distance.
Can't see the CF detail unless light hits just right when you're close.
Would still like to see a non-CF version to bring out the case architecture.

Love the complex dials when done well (at least to my taste)
Tough to bring out the beauty of the highly polished dial screws/hands/12 - they really sparkle.
Great Renato execution as usual.

So...this one is definitely NOT for everyone
But I just had to see it live and it bit me.

I like a lot of things about it, but I stopped buying watches I couldn't easily read the time on. This looks like one of those. Very cool looking dial though, congrats Jaw!!

I actually totally dig the case and bracelet but as you may or may not know I have sworn off chronos regardless of the brand...

While I have a recently open mind about Renatos, I just have a hard time with dials that are difficult to read. My eyes are getting worse as I get older.

On the other hand your pics are awesome.

Wow, that one is fascinating. I have to agree with others though, its a bit tough to tell the time given the lack of contrast between the hands and the dial and the other bits. Enjoy it!

Holy COW Jaw ! The Quadro ROCKS !!! The silver
dial is EXCELLENT, and the style on the case, together with
the round dial, and bezel is TERRIFIC ! Renato REALLY did a
NICE job with this one. Between the off the charts good looks,
and what seems like fantastic build, this watch genuinely has
it all. The carbon fiber is done perfectly as well. It helps show
off the case, along with bracelet nicely ! Great watch and
pictures sir ! Conratulations to you, and...Enjoy !

A little more than I personally want on a dial but the photos are great. And if you're diggin it....that's what matters. There's definitely a LOT OF WATCH there! Congratz on your new acquisition.
