| I like them all but my money would go with the Oris. after that the deep blue is a great price for that watch. You have a hard decision LC...Good luck either way they are all great watches. | |

| Going just from your list, the Oris. The only company listed with real history and years of proven performance and quality.forum and micro brands are cool watches but not one of them can ever compare to a brand watch like Oris. |

| Forget my bias and the fact I own the Oris - based solely on your list you would have to pick the Oris. I do not think you can compare the other brands to the Oris. They are all good companies and have some models I really like, but not in the same league IMO. Oh yea, and there is this... | |

| Another site to check is Friends of Oris. Great people! When I lost a bracelet screw I tried to buy one from MULTIPLE places, Smithy sent me one for free. Even if you pay a couple bucks more, the service (if you ever need it) is worth it! |

| Oris is twice the price of most of those brands, so were not really comparing apples to apples! Comes down to what you want to spend 600 bones or 1400 bones, dont think you're going to find the Oris a whole lot cheaper! The wilson watch is sweet and looks like a few others but if i was going to pick one of the brands that builds this watch it would be wilson, dial is alot cleaner and ther guy puts them together here in the US! The 47mm oris wont wear any bigger than the 45 mm divers because of how oris builds their cases! |

Do yourself a favor and try an Oris on. I was looking into them a while back and decided to try one on. Although it is a good quality watch, I didn't like how it looked on my wrist. I know that there are many members here that own them and really like them...that was just my experience and I would hate for you to spend that kind of money and not like it. ____________________________________ M A R K

Watch pics and specs are only a fraction of the story. The watch needs to wear well on your wrist. Now go try it on. NOW!

| Mark and Mark are giving you good advice regarding trying on the watch.......sometimes that isn't possible.....no dealer in your area, no watch in stock, etc, etc. The next best thing is to find out what the return policy is.....you may be out a few bucks from shipping and insurance but if you can try it on , it's another option. | |

Case finishing performed in Germany. Fully assembled in Wilson, N.C. USA. The Wilson Watch guy lives about 30 minutes from me. i have spoken to him a few times. His watches are very nice, but i believe he is on a considerable wait right now for production. He does it all himself and that makes turn around time a while sometimes. Very cool watches.
