You got that right! What an uproar this has caused here. Every tv station is running with this.
I personally think it's BS! Talk about taxation without representation.....The

This is the first I've read of it, Arizona's new law seems to be taking most of the out of State attention on this one, Duker.

Now someone will have to come up with Informed Guess Detectors ! ...

Just remember to reset your maxium speed on your gps when travelling through Ohio.
They can say the cop is always right with this new law,but gps trumps cops in this case.
lets see them prove the perception of speed in court.
Plenty of laws like this get passed but later overturned.

They tried the drag racing law in tennessee.It didn't work.They were using it to go after people on group bike rides.
A ticket could be issued for two bikes on the same road,even when going the posted speed limit.
Get a lawyer and fight dumbass laws like this.

A ohio law passed earlier that no points are assessed if the speed is less than 10mph over.Guess that was put in place so
they only rape your wallet and not your insurance premiums.
