| Is this one someone purchased or maybe a pre-production pic before it was released?
Regardless, no company is perfect but I bet if you sent it back to Breitling they would get it right for ya in a hurry and you could find an address in Switzerland to send it to! ____________________________________ | |

| I saw that Trevor and thought the same........I started to think that it was a clone watch and not from Breitling. I wonder if the guy who has it up for sale is selling for that reason......but, why wouldn't he bring it back to the AD and show them the shoddy job?????????????????? | |

| Looks bad, particularly for Breitling. I agree with others though, if its legit why not bring it to Breitlings attention? They have a good reputation for addressing issues squarely and fixing them. |

| I'm having a hard time believing that is a TRUE Breitling. I would be more apt to think it's a fake and the guy either doesn't know or he found out and is looking to dump it quick to another unsuspecting buyer. I would hope it wouldn't be the latter. |

| Disclose to buyers and/or take it back to the AD. Maybe he doesn't know?????? Is it just fortuitous shadowing from the light??????...........Nah... | |

I'm very surprised that someone so respected wouldn't notice this problem. Not very good for Breitling. |

| The seller is robrobin.pretty solid seller. He sells them with solid photos and an inspection period. I was at my ad last week looking at them.None looked like whats in the photos. The lume and dial work was as expected from Breitling. Maybe the lighting, maybe the angle.I've shot pics of some of my seikos that looked like that.My newest citizen looks like it has dark spots on the hands in photos but not under a loupe. |

| Oh, I've seen robrobin and he sells a lot of high end watches! I'm curious as to this whole Breitling Super Ocean thing now. |

| Somebody else will need to buy one and give an unbiased review. This is the 1st breitling I've seen that doesn't live up to my own expectations of the brand as a whole. |

| My SS Super Ocean Steelfish is about two years old and aside from some self inflicted scratches, it is just perfect. That may not be a "real McCoy". |

| Can't find any listing for it on WUS or any other board, has it been removed or was it listed more than a week ago? |

I found robrobin and then went to his profile and went to threads started by him and found them there. Rob Sacco and he's here in Central Florida. |

| I see what you are talking about Trevor ! Maybe it could have something to do with it being one of the first production runs or something. I'm just taking a wild guess really, but thought it could have had something to do with it being so new. I think future watches will probabbly be fine though ! VERY interesting find ! .. ____________________________________ | |

heres the post http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=411758&highlight=breitling This member is beyond reproach. Also this breitling is to new to not be real.Breitling isn't known for screwing up.They certainly don't make a full production run with mistakes. This isn't Invicta.Theres no defect rate for the higher end brands. Some can get through but 99.99% are caught during qc. I don't know whats wrong with the watch. It may be nothing other than light and bad contrast settings with his camera. People who have been on the forums since 2002 know this seller. Also all papers and docs are pictured with it and the correct stickers are in place. Not real? |

| In no way i'm i questioning the seller, he is golden to me! I just thought the lume looked sloppy, pulled the loupe out and looked at my seawolf because they seem to have the same type of ring around the lume and it looks perfect! I'm going with Sean on this one and thinking something went wrong with the pics but if you look at the 12 looks like lume isnt all the way into the corners??? I bet it looks fine in person or he wouldnt have put it up for sale! Looking at it again the hands look fine, i know i dont care for this model and maybe i'm looking for something to complain about but its there, dial wasnt done to breitling standards! |
