It's the Hamilton 921 pocket watch movement. The 917, 921, 923 and 945 are all able to work the same, slightly larger than the 6497, but the second hand is the same distance 10mm. the hand hole sizes are different. This is a case I got from Wilson watch works, he had a Hamilton project and got his last two. Really a simple drop in movement case made for the Hamilton.

| Holy COW Ron !!!! You REALLY outdid yourself this time ! Those movements are just AMAZING, but then to be able to put them in such an exceptional looking case like this ! Wow !!! The dial is not only stunning, but works perfectly with the look of the movement. It couldn't have come out any better imho. This is an EXTRAORDINARY watch, and job you did !!! Very professional, and VERY beautiful !!! Congratulations on accomplishing this and I hope you enjoy your new creation !..Thanks for the pictures too ! ____________________________________ | |

| I have access to bunches of pocket watch movements....hmmm, so this was the last couple of cases or can you still order a case and dial combo? ____________________________________ Later, GaryRemember we are the caretakers of mechanical art..... he has none left, I got the last two which were extras from his Hamilton project, the other will be a watch for my wife. He said in a phone conversation that he couldn't get anymore. He does have similar cases that fit the 6497's and 8's |

| How about the dial Ron; did Wilson do that, too? Have you thought about putting something into the oval area under twelve? |
