| This Tag has a little bit of everything going on ! On the one hand it's classy, and elegant. On the other it's SUPER sporty, and looks like it could have a supercharger on the movement ! The red racing stripe, along with the strap, and stitching, seem to takethat sport theme up yet another level also !..I like the way, the caselooks, especially from the side view, and just look at the height ofthat crystal ! ..Definitely a sweet Tag !..THX ! ..Thanks for that info about what TAG stands for also Jimyritz !!! ____________________________________ | |

| I saw this model the other day and for me personally, it is one of the Tags I do not like at all. I can not pinpoint what it is about it that I do not like, but initially the off center red line bothers me. The small red subdial hand with the large second hand also red is not appealing to me and finally I find the "55" over the date window at the 6 position distracting. It is funny, but the first time I looked at this watch my initial impression was that it was a jumbled mess of dots, lines, colors, and different shapes. JMHO | |

| I've always wanted to get a tanker style watch but that color scheme just ruins it for me. Put a different color combo on that and then we'll talk. |

| Pretty damn classic rally design in the solid tradition of Heuer of the 1960s. Jumble? Wow, everyone is entitled to an opinion, but that's one of the nicest "TAG" models I've seen in a LONG time. |

| I tried on a Tag Monaco and did not like the look, fit or feel of the watch.....and I have an asshouse full of Tags. I looks fantastic though. ____________________________________ Later, GaryRemember we are the caretakers of mechanical art..... Member NAWCC, National Association of Watch & Clock Collectors | |
