| Just wanted to share some good news with the you fellas... As of the 1st of November I started working again in my chosen profession. I was truly blessed with an opportunity to start as a Chef de Partie' for one of the coolest/swanky-est Restaurants in the Encore/Wynn properties. The restaurant is called "Sinatra", and for those interested to see what it looks like here is a link: http://www.encorelasvegas.com/#/dining/sinatra/It's been a long time since something this monumental and life changing has come "my way" (see what i did there... ) and I am truly blessed and humbled beyond words.
