Oh MAN Tom, can't get better than this right ?!
I remember you talking about
wanting this Rolex a while back, and then after telling us that you had found one
last week, I knew it was going to be INCREDIBLE ! ..What is unbelievable about
this watch is that there are SO many unbelievable things about it !
The classic
style, the classy themes, the epic, AND legendary name on the dial. It all HAS
to be something else to experience, as well as bring to your sensational watch
collection.
CONGRATULATIONS Tom !!! Think this Rolex is going to get
along just fine with the rest of your AMAZING watches sir. ..Can genuinely see
how this Rolex would take your breath away. Like you, and Steve have already
pointed out, this one really does look perfect, and brand new. It's really something
how a watch which is more than 30 years old can look just like it came from
the Rolex factory yesterday.
Everything about it looks gorgeous ! From the
bezel, and case, to the bracelet, clasp, and case-back, this watch is flawless.
WHAT A FIND ! Whether it's the shape it's in, or the overall style of the watch,
this Rolex captures, and holds your attention from the first second you get a
chance to see it.
One of the first of MANY aspects about this one that
catches your eye is the bezel imho. That style with the numbers, along with
dot markers is unmistakable. While the triangle marker acts as the perfect
finale against the black finish. Also have to mention that the gold finish on all
of the parts like the coin edge, bracelet, and those numbers, and markers is
off the charts ! It just brings such a level of elegance, and class to the watch.
On top of that, I would imagine that the whole gold, with silver theme seen
here, is something that was started by Rolex back then.So that would make
this one even MORE enjoyable Tom. It's a REAL original, in more ways than
one. ..Just take the dial for instance with the numerous characteristics IT
has. The triangle marker at the 12 o'clock position, and then the two other
rectangular ones at 6, and 9 o'clock is a look that we see a lot with other
watches out there. Even that hand style, along with the big triangular GMT
hand look is just outstanding sir. There is this unbelievable balance with the
watch imho. There's this incredibly cool, and classy side, but also a nice,
and sporty side. For example the dot markers on the dial, and how they
match up with the dot markers on the bezel. Or just that way the combination
of the black dial, and bezel brings in that no nonsense, straight forward
blending of all things cool, and classy.
Whether it's the dial, bezel, case,
or even that incredible bracelet. This Rolex Rocks !!!
