I have also to Amazon one time. My only shop return was because of an obviously damaged watch where the box was literally torn and dented in from shipping.

No I haven't had to yet !..Usually I really like the watch ahead of time and know a little about it. So fortunately none have been returned. I probably would send one back if the watch was not what I thought it was going to be though, or it had been damaged somehow !
