| I like that white dialed Z you've put in the sale section, Alan. Striking look, even though I already have 2 white dials, and I've never really gone for the multi-dates. That shouldn't be for sale for long. |

| This is a bit like rebuilding a football team. Before I comment, how high are you picking in the draft? |

| I don't think you have gone far enough. Cut, CUT TO THE BONE! There's still some fat in that collection man.
Good luck! |

Before I comment, how high are you picking in the draft? Panerai, Breitling, 2 Hamiltons, Debaufre, Frankenmonster, Oceanaire, Astrographic, and 2 Reactors, (gifts from wife that SHE picked out) and the HUMVEE cause I have an H3 are THE FRANCHISE... The rest could go on the block... ____________________________________

Nice collection Brah Let me know if you are serious... I'd seriously be interested if I get my butt in gear and unload a few pieces that I want to. Don't wait on me though, if it's still around in a few weeks let's talk. |

| . . . Great collection Alan. All nice quality pieces.
I wish i had the option of sales you have. Sadly I put the my foot in the ShopNBC bear trap and have a number of pieces that have little to no resale value. I mean, why sell them just to get rid of them? Not enough to be recooped to make a dent in buying any new "Real Watches". So, best for me to just side line them and move ahead as a better educated WIS . . . . and try to not repeat past mistakes.
Your'e letting go of some nice stuff man, there are plenty of takers for them . . . . . I've had a 95% Lefty for sale for two weeks and no hits . . . . |

| It's hard to believe you still have that many Zodiacs. That is one pretty cool collection you have there Alan. Have you found something that you are interested in yet? |

| Definitely an X-Treme collection Alan ! You really have a collection that covers the whole spectrum of collecting. From Zodiac to Panerai it's a REALLY great collection. This showing of your watches kind of reminds me of when you used to do the "All My Zodiacs Updated" threads over the years ! VERY cool !!!!! Thanks and congratulations on all of these ! Do you see yourself ever getting another Zodiac down the road ? Maybe a new 3-Hand model or something vintage ? ____________________________________ | |

| Brings a tear to my eye from the days of cheap swiss love and more is better, to having a collection that will be passed down from one generation to the next! You can only wear one at a time so make sure it's something very special to you or a loved one and it's not all about price, just piece's you will treasure and will be timeless for a lifetime!! |

| The actual numbers are different, Alan, but you and I have followed a similar path.
When my collection hit 12 watches, I decided that was too many for me to be able to fully appreciate each one . . . some of them just became space holders. (I know, you guys with dozens of watches are laughing right now.)
Now I've pared it down to just five, upgrading the quality along the way, and I find that I'm enjoying my watch collection a whole lot more. I plan to add one more to fill the last slot in my 6-watch box, but that's the limit. From now on, no watch goes more than a week without being worn. | |
