| I ordered an ESQ Stratus from Chronoshark last week. I hate the waiting part, try not to think about it, but...
I haven't got the watch yet but I am already disappointed with Chronoshark. I asked for shipping to my P.O. Box. A day later I get confirmation with a UPS tracking number. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Chronoshark should have shipped by USPS. When I sent an email about it to customer service on Thursday, still no reply after 5 days. So I called customer service, the person on the phone had never heard that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, went to talk to the supervisor. Apparently the supervisor had never heard any complaints about it either. Am I their first customer to use a PO Box? They had no idea what to do next. They decided that the watch will probably be returned to them and then they will phone me to arrange alternate shipping. I'm not confident.
Anyway, hopefully the watch arrives alright. Poor customer service just makes the wait harder. | |

| I know that feeling! A little anxiety goes a long way....... but, I think you will end up OK. I have heard from a few others in the past that chronoshark was good and that no problems were encountered. They delivered the goods as expected. It's just the hassel of what you may be going through that S U C K S. | |

| That is too bad. I've ordered several things from them and they show up cross country in a couple of days. No UPS v USPS issues here with me though. GOOD LUCK! | |

| Sucks they shipped UPS, our post office won't do ups either, had it happen a couple times. |

| UPS sent a postcard to my PO Box, I had to drive to their depot 1/2 hour away to pick it up.
Then to add insult to injury, the watch is broken. The chrono start/stop button only works 1 out of 10 times. Back it goes. Let's see how their CS works now. | |
