Yellow + black + integral strap + SPEED =

My new Nike Triax Fury 100-Lap, of course! Since Jan. 4th I've lost 36 pounds by following Dr. Atkins Diet Revolution (the 'original' version). I used this diet back in the '70s to drop 25 pounds in three weeks, so I figured why not try it again.

I had laparoscopic surgery on my right knee a few years ago to partially repair a torn meniscus (my "Barry Bonds injury"), so I've gotta wear a brace on my knee to do anything more than normal walking. Did a little walk/jogging around Lake Miramar this morning, hoping to get the body toned up for more serious efforts as I hopefully return to that svelte body I had 25 years ago. Ironically, it was while running around Lake Miramar that I tore my meniscus in the first place! I'm not a very good learner.

I lost my old Timex Ironman Triathlon a couple weeks ago, so had to buy this replacement - - only $34.95 shipped!

Congratz for a new watch too and I know, what does it mean to have knee problems (also right knee) I have worn brace almost a year and now I'm slowly trying to get rid off it, so lot of swimming, physiotherapy and the bastard is still stiff and hurts Probably most important is not give up and, this beautiful landscape you have there, should be quite good motivator

Torn 'em in both of my knees, they were too shredded to repair, so they cut the rough stuff off and polished up what was left. Did that about 9 years ago.

Work out 45-90 minutes four-five times a week, walk, ride horses, play tennis... might not be doing any good for the knees in the long run, but, you only live so long, right?
