Just recently got back in touch with some of the soldiers with whom I served. Oh the conversations we have.
This was taken in Panama during one of our Rugby matches. I'm the one holding the ball. The guy laid out reaching (Colin) just sent me this pic he's had in hiding for 15 years.
The pink Caddy was our party mobile. Oh the beer we drank and hits we took from each other.
Just thought I'd share.

The plan after giving it all back in 99 was to make these places resort style places to live for upper class Panamanians and US retirees.
Colin (the guy stretched out in the pic) went back in December '08. Completely trashed now. The building have been gutted and the grounds look like crap.

In this one, you're looking at the same building, but the angle of the photographer is from a little to the right.
This is from the opposite side of the parade grounds looking at our barracks.
