new sumo crystal and bezel insert

My new parts arrived.I had my watchmaker install them.But he butchered the new bezel insert.What a dick! I'll have to order another one
and install it myself.This guy even left dig marks and glue.
heres the old crystal.For those diehards who say that hardlex doesn't scratch.
if you actually wear the watch,it scratches just like mineral.

I also installed the mm deployant and refinished the bracelet.

Thats an ar coated sapphire.The insert is black.I just ordered another one in blue to match.I can see dig marks when removing an insert,
but when installing one? I thought these were just glued into the bezel.Also ordered an exhibition caseback and omega po hands for it.

Should have stepped up and done that without being asked.

The guy destroyed the crystal seal 1st.I should have gotten it when that happened.As it is,even though it was wr tested,the crystal isn't sitting
like it should.So a trip to IWW.I'll just avoid these guys in the future.It was worth the fifty bucks.Kind of a hard lesson,but now I know who to
avoid.These guys work on 20 dollar watches and spend most of their time replacing batteries.You'd think they would treat these with better care.
At least when I send work to Jack,I know it will be returned in better condition than when it was recieved.

and combination from your pictures though ! The dial is excellent,
and the case, and bezel are REALLY something. You did an phenomenal
job on that bracelet too !!!..What a watch ! ..It's going to be off
the charts cool, when you get your new parts !..Congratulations to you

First, thanks for the detailed pictures of both the parts and the bracelet with MM clasp. I had no idea that the bezel was that thick. The ones I dealt with on the Seiko Duff now owns were not that thick. They were fine and in good shape but the picture you shared makes the Sumo bezel look about 2x of the older Seiko bezels.

Second, sorry about the dings and gouges. I agree, a ding in removing a glued bezel - ok, but one when putting in a new bezel - how?
