I had to send my BELOW ZERO back to have a similar issue fixed; no charge as it was under warranty. No company is PERFECT, their response to issues is how I judge them.

Is the watch still under warranty?

Wow, that has to be upsetting ! Problems with lume....I should say so! Icon_eek ..The watch looks to be in
great shape otherwise. I guess this is an isolated incident. Hopefully
everything works out alright with the new dial !

Yup, every company has bad days - even Breitling. It's how they deal with OBVIOUS manufacturers defects that tells the great companies from the wannabes IMHO.

After reading the thread it appears that it is not necessarily an obvious mfg. defect.
More like the buyer never asked for the carfax!
You never can be sure when buying used.

That's a good point Doc ! Problems with lume....I should say so! 803574 ..Sometimes the great companies aren't always perfect !
..I hope his watch, or at least the dial, turns out as good as new in the end !
