Las Vegas!

I'm visiting Las Vegas right now, and last night I happened to walk by Tourneau. My wife said in a resigned voice "...go ahead...". OMG! IWC, Panerai, Vacheron, Baume & Mercier (as well as the usual suspects- Rolex, Breitling, Cartier, etc). I could have spent a couple hours there. I tried on a Bell and Ross and an IWC Big Pilot. I was like a kid in a candy store! They don't have anything like that in Salem, OR!

Now I have to go see if I can win $20k at the penny slots.

I also thought it was funny that one salesman thought my Invicta 8926 on a NATO was a jaeger lecoultre and another thought it was a Breitling. They must have been trying to butter me up or something.

A good saleman will usually compliment you on your watch.

I am at the point where I can't stand browsing tourneau. Too many watches I won't have.

Whoa DB, that sounds like REAL FUN ! Yowza ! Seeing ALL of those outstanding watches
in person like that must be unbelievable. Really must be a TREMENDOUS experience. I mean
those Tourneau stores almost sound like amusement parks for watch people. Neat stuff !!!

Cool...there's a bunch of others there too....I saw a thread someplace that recommended the top 5 watchsellers in Vegas. Have fun!!

I went to a couple other shops- one at the Palazzo that carried very high end brands and Swatch at Caesars (nothing very exciting there). Tourneau and the place at the Palazzo were an experience in that I saw a lot of watches I'd never see at home.
