Hanhart's Watchmaking World First

Have you had a chance to read about Hanhart being the first watch manufacturer to use HDS
Steel for their watches?!

"Hanhart is the only watch brand in the world to use a certain kind of nickel-free stainless steel
for it's wrist chronograph cases. This steel has been treated using a special finishing process,
making it extremely hard an therefore improving it's scratch resistance by more than 10,000%.
The use of this finishing process is patented for the watch and jewellery making industry under
the name HDSPro."

What a cool coincidence Ron. That 1939 pilot's watch is really something special! Everything from
the dial, and hands, to that bezel, and movement are unbelievably nice.

That Targa Florio of your's is REALLY spectacular Chris! Definitely see the resemblance.

I have always enjoyed Hanhart's. With its 130 years of heritage and their model designs, they are definitely a brand that I would like to own some day!
