the watch is used!! any watch that has been purchased for the first time is brand new,after that it is used. i dont care if they never wore it, you do not get the warranty unless the seller is a authorized dealer. i see a ton of watches for sale and they always say the watch is 2 months old so you get the remaining warranty. this is wrong, so how can it be a new watch if you do not get the warranty? in this case the guy says it had been worn, just because he had it polished and claims it has a new movement does not make it new. steve
