Where can I find a strap like this?

I've been searching all over the web for a 20mm black braided ("tropical") NATO
strap with brushed steel hardware. This one at Time Factors has been
discontinued. I found one with polished hardware from "squinky" but my new
watch is all brushed.

I could sure use some help on this one.

Tom, a little scotch-brite and the polished hardware will be a very nice brushed finish in a couple minutes!

Pretty funny. I had a tropical nato on a watch as a kid... forgot all about that until your picture.

Gnomonwatches.com has them too but they are polished! Still think the scotch-brite is the answer Tom!!

in the brushed finish. Seems discontinued like you said. I found that
link to ebay with "squinky" as well sir. Looks like Trevor has a great
option for you there, with brushing that one. Also, Tim looks like
he found a nice link as well ! This was a hard one Tom !

I just ordered one from "squinky," plus I ordered a black/olive "Swiss Army-style" strap from another eBay seller. Oh, and I also ordered (and have already received) a chunky bracelet for the same watch.
Now if the watch would just get here! I paid for it three weeks ago and the idiot seller just shipped it two days ago after I asked where it was.

Yeah, the joys of internet shopping. (Ironically I just ordered a couple of NATO's, black with 2 royal blue stripes, and solid black, both with PVD loops.)

With your first post, Tom, it sent me on a search to relive my childhood with a tropical... even harder to find in 22mm; even to find a mention of that size, so I settled on my order above.

Yeah, I don't remember seeing any in 22mm when I looked.

Oh WOW Tom ! So you are all set then ?! Those sound like some great straps sir. So does
that bracelet, as well as the watch for that matter. Once you do get that watch, it's going to be well
worth the wait I think !
