Sounds like a title for an new action adventure movie, but it's
actually a new watch company, and watch I recently came upon.
Not sure if you guys may have seen this company already, but
here is some info !
The company Halbard Rioga is based in both the U.K. and the
Pacific coast of Russia. They focus on custom, and limited edition
watches, that use the best materials, and have unique designs.
They have two models, one is the Egoist, and the other is the
Death's-Head Hawk Moth, which is named after Acherontia Atropos,
the huge dark howling hawk moth. Which has skull-like markings on
it's thorax. (Wolf Moth) The watch has a golden plate or bridge on
it's dial which looks like this skull-like marking.
Some of the specifications include brushed/polished zirconium ceramic,
stainless steel screws, and light titanium screw down crown, with a
zirconium stone on the top. Sapphire crystals, a dial that is black with
luminous hands, and numbers. With the DHHM having a partly skeletonized
section, along with golden skull-like 18K gold bridge. Both the Egoist and
DHHM have applied polished steel indexes. The movement is the ETA 2824-2,
and the watches come with genuine shark skin straps, with white stitching,
anti-allergic peach oil based hydrophobic impregnation, and signed buckle.
100m water resistance, and a lifetime warranty. Both watches come in
wooden presentation boxes with authenticity smart cards, as well as
electronic storage devices with Halbard Rioga interactive applications.
Prices are $395.00 for the Egoist and $525.00 for the Deaths-Head
Hawk Moth !
Just thought this was a new interesting company with a very different
watch name in there as well !
