| and it wasn't pretty... I was at a family (wife's) party and I noticed a big honkin yellow watch across the pool. I knew it had to be an Invicta, so I wanted to go over to talk to the guy to see what he was all about...that is where things went wrong. I walked over to get a drink and on my way back I made a trip by the fella and said "hey, that is a nice watch there". That was all the guy needed to start talking about his yellow Russian Diver. I heard the whole story about how it was based off of the original RD made for the Russian Navy .... blah, blah, blah. He then commented on my watch (my Stowa Seatime)...he said that he never heard of this German watch brand and it was kind of small and was the size of current womens watches....then the whopper...he said that I should drop by a watch forum to learn more about Swiss watches and Invicta....WatchGeeks. I said OK, pretended that my wife called me and walked away...that was 10 minutes that I am never getting back ____________________________________ M A R K

| Every family has that weird uncle or cousin. If that tiny Stowa starts getting to you-let me know, maybe we can make a deal. | |

| Well you've learned one of the essential WIS rules. Never, ever, under any circumstances compliment a stranger on wearing an Invicta. It's like trying to reason with a drunk. You only end up annoyed. |
