A German came to visit me at my office today!

Last week, I posted a thread on an incoming that I have been wanting for a while now. We’ll it finally came in today!

It is a Stowa Marine Original with dark brown crocodile strap. The thing that drew me to this watch was its classic design and beautifully finished movement. At 41mm it is at the end of my comfort level for a dress type watch and it is certainly very legible.

Whoa Mark ! You are on a real roll with ALL of these. Yowza ! This Stowa
is something to behold. That classic design you mentioned is off the charts in
my opinion. Genuinely looks like a watch that Ron may have built with the style
of the dial, hands, and case. It's a timeless look, that you can enjoy for years,
and years to come. Plus it will fit right in with your other Stowas ! Congrats
on one especially cool Stowa Mark ! ..The way that Stowa has made these
Marine Originals become instant classics is pretty unbelievable. You can think
back to the older watches with their style of cases, or look of the numbers,
their markings, or even sizes, and see that this Stowa does it all. However,
it might even do a little more too. As if the dial with it's cool blued hands, with
the look of the markers, and numbers wasn't enough. Then you have a case
style, but also finish that stuns you with it's workmanship. ..The brushing is
so fine for example, that it almost seems as if the steel has been bead blasted.
At times the steel seems nearly gray. Wow ! ..Then the movement looks
to have an identical finish, which makes it seem like the case, and movement
are one piece. Incredible stuff ! Think that HAS to be the theme with this new
Stowa Mark. Definitely IS an incredible watch, and one to ..enjoy ! Congrats !!!
